Marketplace Seller Policy

To register as a seller on MahaAgri.AI, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and verifiable business details
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST regulations and tax requirements
• Possess necessary licenses and permits for your products/services
• Maintain valid bank account details for payment settlements

Sellers must complete the registration process by providing:

• Business name and registered address
• GSTIN and PAN details (for Indian businesses)
• Bank account information for settlements
• Contact details including email and phone number
• Business category and product/service descriptions

Registration is subject to approval by MahaAgri.AI, which may take 2-3 business days.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including:

• Product descriptions and specifications
• Pricing and availability information
• Images and multimedia content
• Shipping and delivery terms
• Return and refund policies

The following items are strictly prohibited from listing on MahaAgri.AI:

• Illegal or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or pirated products
• Hazardous materials without proper certifications
• Stolen goods or items without clear ownership
• Products infringing intellectual property rights
• Restricted agricultural inputs without required licenses
• Products making false or unverified claims

Sellers are responsible for setting their product prices. MahaAgri.AI may charge:

• Listing fees for certain categories
• Commission on successful transactions
• Payment processing fees
• Promotional or featured listing fees

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before listing. Fee structures may be updated with prior notice to sellers.

As a seller, you agree to:

• Process orders promptly upon confirmation
• Provide accurate shipping and tracking information
• Maintain adequate inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Process returns and refunds according to your stated policy
• Resolve disputes directly with buyers

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, including listing removal or account suspension.

Sellers must maintain professional conduct by:

• Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Honoring stated prices and terms
• Avoiding fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Not manipulating reviews or ratings
• Complying with all platform policies
• Maintaining accurate business information

Sellers warrant that they own or have proper licenses for all content they upload, including:

• Product images and descriptions
• Brand names and logos
• Marketing materials
• Any copyrighted content

MahaAgri.AI may remove content that infringes third-party rights upon receiving valid complaints.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Violation of platform policies
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Non-fulfillment of orders
• Providing false information
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Legal or regulatory violations
