Welcome to MahaAgri.AI, an independent AI-powered agriculture platform operated by TechKritika Software LLP. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Government Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer

The term “MahaAgri” is used solely as a brand name. MahaAgri.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Government of Maharashtra, the Maha Agri-AI Policy 2025–2029, or any state or central government authority.

The platform may feature information, business listings, products, services, or third-party content for informational and marketplace purposes only. MahaAgri.AI acts solely as a digital intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, quality, pricing, or legality of any third-party listings.

User Responsibility:

Users are advised to independently verify all information, credentials, and government scheme details from official sources before making financial, agricultural, or commercial decisions.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to government schemes or policies is for informational purposes only. Users must verify such information from official sources.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Intermediary Status

MahaAgri.AI operates as a digital intermediary platform enabling businesses to create and display listings. We do not own, manufacture, supply, endorse, or guarantee any listed products or services.

We do not initiate, conclude, or control transactions between users and listed businesses. Any transaction conducted through the platform is solely between the user and the listed business.

Platform Role: MahaAgri.AI acts exclusively as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Business Listings & User Responsibility

Businesses listing on MahaAgri.AI represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

Users are solely responsible for verifying credentials, certifications, pricing, and claims before engaging with any listed entity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users and businesses shall not:

Post false or misleading government scheme information
Upload fraudulent or deceptive listings
Sell unauthorized or illegal agricultural products
Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
Engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful conduct
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove unlawful or misleading listings without prior notice and take appropriate legal action.

7. AI Advisory Disclaimer

MahaAgri.AI provides AI-generated agricultural insights for informational purposes only. These insights do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

Limitation of AI Recommendations:

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from following AI advice.

8. No Transaction Responsibility

Any interaction, negotiation, or transaction between users and listed businesses occurs independently. MahaAgri.AI is not responsible for product quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, refunds, or disputes arising from such transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MahaAgri.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MahaAgri.AI and TechKritika Software LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

If you believe any listing violates applicable law or your rights, you may submit a complaint to:

Response Commitment: Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and addressed within 15 days in accordance with applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Courts in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if these Terms are violated or harmful activity is suspected. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
