- Mention accurate quantity, grade, and quality specifications.
- Update product availability regularly.
- Respond to buyer messages within 1–2 hours.
- Communicate politely and professionally.
- Add packaging details (gunny bags, cartons, loose).
- Mention minimum order quantity (MOQ) if required.
