1. MahaAgri.ai Payment Policy
MahaAgri.ai is a listing and communication platform for farmers, traders, buyers, and sellers. We do not process payments and do not act as a middleman in financial transactions.
Any payment made is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller.
⚠ MahaAgri.ai will never ask for payment, UPI ID, passwords, ATM details, or OTP.
2. Safe Payment Guidelines for Buyers
- Verify seller identity using phone, Aadhaar, GST, or business profile.
- Use UPI or bank transfer only after confirming authenticity.
- Avoid full advance payments — prefer partial or milestone payments.
- Inspect product, documents, and quality before sending money.
- Keep records of invoices, chats, and payment proofs.
3. Fraud Prevention Tips
- Never share OTP, banking passwords, UPI PIN, or card details.
- Avoid unrealistically low-price offers — they are often scams.
- Do not click unknown payment links or suspicious QR codes.
- Verify UPI ID or bank account name before transferring money.
- Avoid paying large amounts without proper documentation.
4. What MahaAgri.ai Will Never Do
- We will never call asking for advance payments.
- We will never ask for debit/credit card or banking details.
- We will never request OTP, passwords, or UPI PIN.
- We do not mediate payments between buyers and sellers.
5. Buyer & Seller Responsibility (Legal Notice)
All transactions carried out through the platform are thefull responsibility of the buyers and sellers involved. MahaAgri.ai does not provide refund guarantees, dispute resolution, payment verification, or escrow services.
Users must verify product authenticity, pricing, legal documents, and counterpart identity before proceeding.
6. Report Any Fraud or Suspicious Activity
